Coach Norv Turner said he'd like to get Mathews 24 to 25 touches each game going forward. Already one of fantasy's top backs, Mathews will likely become even more valuable. Of course, that will come at the expense of Tolbert.

Ryan Mathews has had to earn his way into the heavy share of the workload split with fellow Chargers RB Mike Tolbert. His strong play early in the season has paid off.
