Mark Ingram sat out again on Thursday and his status is in doubt for the Saints' game against the Rams and their league-worst run defense this weekend.

If Ingram can't play, Pierre Thomas would get an upgrade in the fantasy rankings. Darren Sproles is a typically strong play.
