Mario Manningham demoted during win over Cards

Rotoworld reports that Giants receiver Mario Manningham was removed from standard two-wideout sets against the Cardinals, replaced by early-season breakout Victor Cruz. Manningham apparently upset quarterback Eli Manning by running several incorrect routes early in the game.
