News is out that Best suffered a concussion in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the 49ers. Because it's his second concussion, the Lions star RB will most likely miss the week 7 game against Falcons. Maurice Morris will get the start in his place, but Keiland Williams should handle the short yardage situations and Jerome Harrison may get get some carries as well.
Following the game, Lions' coach Jim Schwartz was lucky not to get a concussion as well when he tried to fight 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh following a handshake he considered to be "too firm".
